Recruitment is an experience that you will remember for a lifetime, and it is the best way to get a first hand look at what Louisiana Tech University's Greek Life has to offer! Our chapter has been recognized on a national level for excellence in recruitment, and it is truly our favorite time of the year!  This year, we welcomed our amazing new members into our sisterhood, and can't wait to welcome our newest members this August! We encourage you to visit us at orientation while you are exploring what Tech has to offer! The Beta Epsilon Chapter of Sigma Kappa is comprised of amazing young women, who together form our strong sisterhood. Each woman contributes to our campus involvement through leadership, scholarship and philanthropic opportunities. Our values of friendship, service, personal growth, and loyalty are wholeheartedly expressed by each one of our members, which you will see not only during recruitment week, but 365 days a year.

During Round 1, you'll learn about the great benefits of sorority life here at Tech through the voices of the sorority women themselves! You'll learn about the great personal growth opportunities, involvement on campus, academic support and so much more!

Sisterhood & Philanthropy, Day 3: September 7

During Round 2 of Recruitment, you will learn more about the aspect of sisterhood, how a sorority serves as a guide and resource throughout the college experience. You will also learn about each sorority's philanthropy which will help you discover causes that matter to you.

Preference Round, Day 4: September 8

During Round 3 of Recruitment, you will have more in-depth and intimate conversations with sorority women about their organization and experiences.
At the end of this day, you will be asked to indicate which sorority you would like to receive an invitation to membership from in preference order.

Bid Day: September 8

On Bid Day, you will receive an invitation to membership from one of our five sororities on campus. You have the option to accept or deny the invitation at that time. Those who accept will complete one of our biggest traditions of "running up the lane," and you will be reunited with the sorority in which you have chosen to join.
